THE DETAILS:
BALLOON GARLAND
DIY with balloons from The Warehouse, confetti from The Warehouse and clear balloons from Kmart.
Simply blow up the balloons at different sizes and using a needle and thread thread them together through the tail of the balloon and bunch them up to achieve the look you are going for.
