Well as I have mentioned before I tend to be a delayed blogger. Delayed may be an understatement for this post though! My baby shower was around 16 months ago…but none the less I feel it deserves to be featured. After all it is where the whole ‘theme’ for Arden’s nursery began.
I did a lot of Pinteresting to get ideas for the baby shower. I had a theme in mind but I wanted to come up with some neat ideas that weren’t the usual baby shower games as I wasn’t a fan of the idea of people measuring my belly and munching on ‘poo’ nappies!
I loved the idea of doing some arts and crafts type activities with baby clothes but I didn’t like the idea of ending up with a stash of not so pretty, brightly coloured DIY onesies. That is where I came across this awesome idea of stenciled onesies! It was such a hit. I was worried that nobody would want to participate and make them and that it would be a bore but everyone put on their creative pants and got stuck right in!!
