When we moved into our newly renovated lounge room our couch fitted beautifully into the corner with the ottoman in the middle. Ideally I would have loved to have put the ottoman on the end of the couch so that the entire back lounge wall was all couch. Unfortunately the ottoman was about 30cm too big to fit into that space. I accepted this and was happy having the ottoman in the middle of the couch and thought I would go on a hunt for a tray to put on it and style it up beautifully.
This did however leave me with a really awkward space at the end of the couch which needed to be filled. So what was one to do….go shopping of course!!
I didn’t want to go and spend a fortune on a little table though so my first port of call was the local hospice shop down the road. It was obviously meant to be. I walked in and right there was the perfect sized little table in perfect condition for only $8!
As I said, It was obviously meant to be!
